SERVICES & COURSES
NO REFUNDS: All bookings for courses, workshops, and personal sessions are final. Refunds are not available once payment is made, regardless of attendance or participation.
EXCEPTIONS: Refunds may be considered only if the service was not provided due to our error or negligence. In such cases, a full refund will be issued upon review.
PRODUCTS
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on physical products once shipped.
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assess whether a replacement or store credit is applicable.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS: All digital products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
NO CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING are permitted once a booking or registration is confirmed.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session or course, no refund or credit will be issued.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR COMPLAINT
Refund requests or complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase or scheduled service via email at healing@komendraaacademy.com.
Requests received after this period will not be considered.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & SERVICES
All digital downloads, courses, workshops, and personal sessions are strictly non-refundable.
Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items are non-refundable.
